Return Policy

You can return items for store credit or exchange items for a different size within 14 days of when the product arrives to you. No refunds will be issued. Product must be in original condition, including any tags attached.

Return/exchange shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.

Please include your invoice or a note with your name and invoice # along with the items being returned or exchanged. If an exchange, indicate what size you would like.

We will notify you via email of your store credit or exchange once we receive and process the return. Please allow up to 5 business days for return to be processed.

All SALE merchandise, jewelry and accessories are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

Incorrect/Defective Items

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery date.  We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that are worn or washed.

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to trilogyboutiquesd@gmail.com.
  • Indicate "Damaged Item" in the subject line.
  • Include the invoice # and your name.

Coupons/Discount Codes/Sales

Only one coupon/discount will apply towards an order. Price adjustments cannot be made after an order has been placed.
